Login Screen: If you login using a Member user id and password
1. Type in the login name that you previously created
and tab to the next field.
2. Enter password.
3. Press the Enter key or click on the Continue button to proceed.
4. If the User id or Password is incorrect, an error message will be displayed
just above the Login Name field. You can receive your correct Member user id
and password by following the instructions for "Forget
Password?".
5. Upon successfully logging into the system,
you will come to the main user screen. This screen will display your current
user setting and reservations.
6. On the left hand side of the screen you will find the following buttons:
Help, Reservation, Settings, License Terms, and Log Out.
1. Click on "When you forget your password, please click here". This is located just below the password input field.
2. Enter in your e-mail address and click on the "Send Password" button to the right of your e-mail address.
3. You will receive an e-mail from the Reservation system within seconds containing your Member user id and password.
4. After you click on the "Send Password" button, you will see the message "Password sent to the given e-mail address successfully". Click on the "Continue" button on the left hand side of the webpage. This will return you back to the Reservation Login screen.
Player Registration: Login as New Player and then create User Id / Password
1. Click on the "Login" button on the left
hand side of the reservation screen if you wish to create a new user id and
password.
2. Next, click on the "New Player" button. This will bring you to
the "New Bowler" screen were you can create a new user id.
3. Fill out the form appropriately. All fields are currently required.
4. Once the all the information is completed in the form, click on the Submit
button to process your information.
5. Important: please ensure that the e-mail address you are using is correct.
The system will e-mail all Member and reservation information to the valid e-mail
address that you key in.
Player Data Update: updating your user information
1. Click on the "Login" button and login into
the system with a valid User Id and Password. If you forgot your Member user
id and password, follow the procedures for "Forget
Password".
2. Once you arrive at your User's homepage, click on the "Setting"
button on the left hand side of the screen.
3. Next, click on "Personal Settings and Password". This link will
appear under the "Available Option" title in the middle of the screen.
4. You know have the ability to update any of your personal information.
Descriptions:
1. Title: salutation such as Mr., Ms. Mrs., Miss
2. First Name: your first name
3. Last Name: your last name
4. Address / City/ State / Zip : home address
5. Phone: phone we can use to contact you about your reservations if necessary
6. E-mail: valid e-mail address. All e-mail about your reservations will be sent to this e-mail address
7. Login Name: name that you create to log into the Reservation System
8. Password: protected word (characters) that you create for the Reservation System
9. Retype Password: to ensure that you correctly keyed in the correct password
10. After you update any item of information, click on the "Submit" button to accept your changes.
11. After the changes are accepted, you will be presented with a "Success" screen notifying you that "You have successfully updated your personal data".
12. Click on the "Continue" button to the left to proceed back to your homepage.
1. After logging into the Reservation System with a known
user id and password, you arrive at the "Players Main" screen.
2. This screen will display your current setting and any reservations you currently
have. It will also give you the opportunity to make new reservations, change
your current personal settings, look up help, review the Terms and License Agreement,
and log out of the system.
3. From this screen you have the following options: Help, Reservations, Settings,
License Terms, and Log out.
4. In the middle section of the screen under the "Welcome" title your
will find the following information about your user id:
Descriptions:
a. Full Name: this is your full name that you entered in while creating your user id
b. Member: all "Known" players fall into this category
c. Reservation Method: This options describes to the system how to process the reservation
d. Maximum on-line reservation time per day (in minutes): this is the amount of time you are allowed to reserve for a single day.
e. Maximum on-line reservation time for the future (in minutes): this is the amount of time you are allowed to reserve in the future.
f. Cancellation allowed: You can cancel your reservation at any time except on the day of the reservation. Please call the bowling center for all cancellations. (Playdrome Woodcrest (856) 428 - 1311)
5. Below the user information in the middle of the screen, you will see a list of all "Your active reservations".
6. You can click on any "Active" reservation to review the information and add any remarks. You can also have the reservation e-mailed to you by clicking on the "E-mail Me" button on the left hand side of the screen. You can delete the reservation by clicking on the "Delete" button to the left of the screen. Note: this does not refund your money. You will need to call the Bowling Center to process any monetary refund.
Member Reservation Page: making a reservation
1. Click on the "Reservation" button on
the left hand side of the Members Main page.
2. Click the appropriate date on the calendar for the day you are interested
in reserving a lane.
3. Look to see if the time you are interested in is available by reviewing the
information to the right of the calendar. This list will provide you with the
following information: time, cost, how many lanes are available. If the time
and number of lanes that you are interested in reserving are available, proceed
to the next step. Otherwise you may wish to select a different day.
4. Select the appropriate starting and ending time from the following drop-down
boxes just below the calendar: the "From" and "To" drop-down
box.
5. Enter in any special remarks you may want the center to know about before
your arrive at the center for your reservation.
6. The capacity of the automatic scorer limits the number of people per lane
to 6. If you have more than 6 people in your party, you will need to reserve
more than 1 lane. We suggest 4-5 people per lane as comfortable amount. It is
entirely up to you but our computer scoring system will not handle more than
6 people per lane. The number of people per lane is flexible up to 6 as you
are buying time by the lane not by the number of games bowled.
7. Enter in your e-mail address. It is very important that you enter it correctly.
This will be the e-mail address that the reservation system and credit card
process sends e-mails to.
8. Click on the "Save Reservation" button to proceed.
9. The next screen will display all the pertinent information (bowling centers
name, selected date, From and To times, number of lanes, number of people per
lane, remarks, e-mail address, and total price of the reservation) for your
reservation before proceeding to the credit card process. If any of this information
is incorrect, click on the "Cancel" button to the left and begin the
process over, otherwise click on the "Proceed" button.
10. You may or may not see a "Security Alert" window pop up on your
screen depending on how your browser options are set. If the "Security
Alert" window does display on your screen, please click on "OK"
to proceed.
11. You are now in the credit card process. Please enter the correct credit
card number and expiration date. Note: We are
using Verisign to process all credit card transactions. This company uses SSL
security to protect your credit card information.
12. Once the credit card number and expiration date are entered, click on the
"I authorize this transaction" button.
13. You are now presented with a "Confirmation" screen. If all the
information is correct, click on the "Submit transaction for processing"
button to proceed. Otherwise, if the credit card data is wrong you can click
on the "Back" button to change any of the data.
14. Once you click on the "I authorize this transaction" button, you
will be presented with a confirmation screen. This screen will notify you if
your transaction was process correctly. If it was, it will display the Reference
number along with the total price (cost) of the reservation. Please write down
this reference number or print out the screen from your browser.
15. Click on "Return to shopping" to return back to the reservation
system. You may once again receive the "Security Alert" window. If
you do, please click on "OK" to proceed.
16. Final, you will receive a "Payment Successful" message upon returning
back to the reservation system. This message is to notify you that you have
gone successfully through the reservation process.
17. Click the "Continue" button on the left hand side of the screen
to return back to the main (first) page of the reservation system.
General Steps to complete Reservation: New Member (Player)
1. Click the appropriate date on the calendar for
the day you are interested in reserving a lane.
2. Look to see if the time you are interested in is available by reviewing the
information to the right of the calendar. This list will provide you with the
following information: time, cost, how many lanes are available. If the time
and number of lanes that you are interested in reserving are available, proceed
to the next step. Otherwise you may wish to select a different day.
3. Select the appropriate starting and ending time from the following drop-down
boxes just below the calendar: the "From" and "To" drop-down
box.
4. Enter in any special remarks you may want the center to know about before
your arrive at the center for your reservation.
5. The bowling center limits the number of people per lane to 6. If you have
more than 6 people in your party, please let us know how many people you would
like to have on each lane. Ex: if you have 12 people in you party you can enter
6 people per lane. This information will then reserve 2 lanes for your reservation.
If you would like to place 4 people on each lane, then the system will reserve
3 lanes for your reservation.
6. Enter in your e-mail address. It is very important that you enter it correctly.
This will be the e-mail address that the reservation system and credit card
process sends e-mails to.
7. Click on the "Save Reservation" button to proceed.
8. The next screen will display all the pertinent information (bowling centers
name, selected date, From and To times, number of lanes, number of people per
lane, remarks, e-mail address, and total price of the reservation) for your
reservation before proceeding to the credit card process. If any of this information
is incorrect, click on the "Cancel" button to the left and begin the
process over, otherwise click on the "Proceed" button.
9. You may or may not see a "Security Alert" window pop up on your
screen depending on how your browser options are set. If the "Security
Alert" window does display on your screen, please click on "OK"
to proceed.
10. You are now in the credit card process. Please enter the correct credit
card number and expiration date. Note: We are

"I authorize this transaction" button.

you do, please click on "OK" to proceed.
15. Final, you will receive a "Payment Successful" message upon returning
back to the reservation system. This message is to notify you that you have
gone successfully through the reservation process.
16. Click the "Continue" button on the left hand side of the screen
to return back to the main (first) page of the reservation system.

6. Final, you will receive a "Payment Successful" message upon returning
back to the reservation system. This message is to notify you that you have
gone successfully through the reservation process.
7. Click the "Continue" button on the left hand side of the screen
to return back to the main (first) page of the reservation system.
Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours before your reserved time. All cancellations must be made through our Customer Service Representative. You can reach our Customer Service Representative at (856) 428 - 1311. All refunds will be credited back to your credit card. Playdrome Woodcrest will refund 100% of your charge when you cancel before the 24 hour period.
